The boat cruise on Lake Tana to visit the aged religious communities(Monasteries) and scenic drive to Tiss Issat town for the astonishing Blue Nile falls, the popular illustrious compound of Gonder known as the Camelot of Africa, the sensational summit and amazing landscape of the Simien Mountains, with their endemic vegetation, the antiquated Stelae, church and tombs of the Axumite rulers, the twelfth and thirteenth century solid stone cut places of worship of Lalibela can be visited.
Upon arrival in Addis Ababa, You will be greeted with the company representative at the airport and transfer to hotel. City tour will be arranged depending on your arrival time.
Transfer to the Airport for your flight to Bahir Dar (50 min). After check in, drive 35 km south of Bahirdar to see the Blue Nile falls. After noon boat trip over Lake Tana to see the medieval monasteries over the islands such as kibran Gebriel and Ura Kidanemeheret. Overnight hotel.
Morning drive to Gondar Sightseeing in Gondar, We will see the royal enclosure-the palace that was built by emperor Fasilades in 1636 that is similar with that of European castles, bath of Fasiledes, the quesquam enclosure, and the decorated church of Trinity. Overnight hotel.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Lalibela. Visit the remarkable rock-hewn churches of Lalibela and the old village with traditional Tikul House. Overnight hotel.
Transfer to the airport for a flight to Axum. Visit the Stelea, carved out of single granite stone of the pre Christian era, the palace and tombs of Kings, the old and new St, Mary Churches, the remnant palace of the legendary Queen Sheba, and inscriptions. Overnight hotel.
Morning transfer to the airport for your flight back to Addis Ababa, Sightseeing in Addis Ababa and shopping, early evening, we will have a coffee ceremony and farewell dinner at one of the traditional restaurant with folklore music and dances then depart to home.
